Description

Hangcha CPC20, CPCD20, CPC25, CPCD25, CPQ20 Parts Catalog – 350 Pages of Factory Parts Breakdown

Hangcha CPC20 series parts catalog cover – 350-page factory document

I’ve seen too many guys waste a Saturday because they ordered the wrong hydraulic lift cylinder or tried to match a part number off a blurry aftermarket diagram. That’s not how you keep a forklift running. This Hangcha CPC20, CPCD20, CPC25, CPCD25, CPQ20 Parts Catalog is what the factory uses. 350 pages. No fluff. Every exploded view comes straight from Zhejiang Hangcha Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. You get the exact code number, drawing number, and quantity for every nut, seal, and gear in the R-series 2.0–2.5 ton counterbalanced trucks.

350 Pages of Exploded Diagrams and Part Numbers

This isn’t a service manual. It’s a Parts Catalog – the kind the parts counter uses to find the right O-ring for the lift cylinder. Every assembly is drawn in exploded view, with boxes leading to a part number and description. The OCR excerpt shows the lookup method: find the series number in the drawing, then match it to the code. Simple, but you have to follow the system. The manual covers models CPC20, CPCD20, CPC25, CPCD25, and CPQ20 – both clutch-type and torque-converter transmissions. If you need a part for a 4HG2PE (Isuzu) or a TD27 (Nissan) engine, the code tables tell you exactly which variant takes which part.

Which Models Are Covered?

Look at the type explanation table on page 2. You’ll see CPC20/25N-RG5 (mechanical, A490BPG engine), CPCD20/25N-RG1 (torque converter, A495BPG), and the Isuzu and Nissan options. The CPQ20 is also listed – that’s the LPG version. All of them are inside this catalog. The manual separates each model by engine and transmission code, so you won’t mix up a JDS25 clutch housing with a YQXD25A torque converter housing. I’ve seen that mistake cost a shop a full day of labor. Don’t be that guy.

5 Engine Variants: Know Your Code

The catalog lists five different engine families across the R-series: A490BPG, A495BPG, C240-PKJ (Isuzu), H25 (Nissan), 4HG2PE (Isuzu), and TD27 (Nissan). That’s six, but the point is each engine has its own parts group. The manual uses letters like G, H, and R to indicate which model the part fits. For example, in the figure for the steering system, a note says “G, H means this part is only applied to CPC20/25N-RW13 type forklift truck.” You ignore those codes and you’ll order a part that doesn’t fit. Period.

Ordering Parts: Use the Factory Code System

When you call the dealer, they want three things: model, series number, and code number of the drawing. This catalog gives you all three. The manual itself says it – section III: “Model, series Number, Code Number of drawing and quantity should be given when ordering the spare parts.” Don’t show up with a blurry photo. Use the factory drawing number from page 79 if you need a lift chain. The 350 pages cover every major assembly: engine, transmission, drive axle, steering, hydraulic system, mast, and counterweight. I’ve seen these same drawings used in Hangcha dealerships across Texas. They work.

Transmission Types – Mechanical vs. Torque Converter

Two drive trains in these trucks: JDS25 mechanical clutch and YQXD25A torque converter. The parts are totally different. The catalog identifies each transmission by its code – look for “Cluthtype” or “Tor-contype” in the type table. If you need a torque converter rebuild kit, the part number for the YQXD25A is not the same as the YQXD25H used with the Nissan H25 engine. The manual lists each variant on a separate line. I’ve had to explain this to three techs this month. Get the catalog and stop guessing.

Does This Catalog Cover Lifting Systems?

Yes – but with a note. The manual says “The overall maximum lift heights of these lifting systems are 3 meters.” And it adds that the X-series container forklift is the same except for the lifting system. So if you have a standard 3-meter mast, the parts for the lift cylinder, chains, and carriage are in this catalog. The exploded drawings for the mast assembly are included. Need a load backrest? It’s there. The part numbers match the factory build.

Can I use this catalog to find repair procedures?
No. This is a parts identification manual, not a service manual. It gives you exploded diagrams and part numbers, not torque specs or step-by-step disassembly. For repairs, you need the separate service manual.
How do I verify that a part fits my specific forklift?
Check the model code on the nameplate of your truck. Match it to the type explanation table in the first few pages. The catalog uses letters (G, H, R, etc.) in the drawing notes to indicate which engine/transmission combo the part belongs to. For example, if you have a CPCD20N-RW9B (Isuzu C240 with Okamura transmission), look for the RW9B code in the parts list. The catalog lists the part number only for that variant. If you still aren’t sure, call the dealer with the series number and drawing code from the catalog. That’s the fastest way.

I’ve been turning wrenches for 28 years, and I’ll tell you straight: a factory parts catalog saves you the headache of returning wrong parts. The Hangcha R-series manual has 350 pages of verified OEM data. No generic aftermarket junk. If you work on these forklifts – whether you’re a home garage guy or a shop owner – buy the real thing.
