Section 9 gives the component breakdowns for each cylinder – extend/retract, lift/lower, tilt, sway, Stabil-Trak, slave, and outrigger cylinders. When you need to rebuild a cylinder because the rod seal is leaking, you need the exact piston seal kit part number. That kit might be tied to a specific serial range. How do I know which serial number range my machine falls into?

Check the serial plate on your Skytrak frame. The manual covers S/N 13198 thru 19987 and 0160002332 thru 0160045249 (including several specific units listed on page 1). If your machine is outside those ranges, you’ll need a newer parts catalog. The effectivity page also includes revision letters – your machine’s build date should match one of those revision dates. For example, if your 10054 was built in August 2009, it falls under revision J. The manual lists part numbers valid for that revision.
