If you’re ordering parts for a Dynapac CC1300 2015 Parts Catalog and you don’t have the serial number in front of you, you’re going to waste time and money. I’ve seen guys order a steering hitch using only a machine model, then swear when the bolt holes don’t line up. This manual – 309 pages of OEM part numbers straight from Dynapac – breaks everything down by serial number range. No aftermarket data, no reprints of someone’s guesswork. Factory specs only.

Service Kits and Repair Kits: The Difference Between a Quick Service and a Comeback

Dynapac split the CC1300 maintenance schedule into specific service intervals: 50h, 250/750h, 500h, 1000h. Each kit has its own part number – 4812156265 for the 50h kit, 4812156288 for the 250/750h kit, and so on. If you order the Plus version, the number changes. Same machine, different filter or belt. This catalog lists them all clearly. On the repair side, there are five pre-assembled kits: eccentric shaft (4700938909), drum rotation (4700938893), scraper kit for the 12u2009mm scrapers (4700938915), shock absorber kit for the drum (4700938887), and steering hitch kit (4700938575). I can’t count how many techs I’ve seen pull the wrong vibration motor because they didn’t check the serial number break. The manual saves you that headache.

Frame and Steering Hitch: Why Serial Number Breaks Matter

Frames come in three variations depending on when the machine was built: up to serial 0A014861 (includes that number), from 0A014862 to 0A015090, and from 0A015091 onward. Front and rear frames change. Steering hitch flips between two part numbers – 4700358975 and 4812120871 – based on the same breaks. On page 51 you’ll find the exploded view for the early hitch; page 53 shows the later one. Don’t assume. Get the serial number off the machine’s data plate first. Scrapers also split at 0A015090 – standard scrapers up to that point, a different scraper after. Spring-loaded scrapers are an option with their own pages.

Hydraulic System Parts – Propulsion, Vibration, Steering, Brakes

The propulsion system changed three times over the production run: to 0A015090, then from 0A015091 to 0A015764, then from 0A015765 onward. That means the hydraulic pump, motor, and junction block all have supersessions. The vibration system split at 0A015090 – the motor part number (4700391271) applies only to the earlier group. Steering cylinder has two possible numbers depending on whether your machine falls into a specific range of serials (including or excluding certain numbers). I’ve had to swap a brake system on a CC1300 from 0A016078 – the catalog shows exactly which parts changed. If you try to use a generic parts list, you’ll order a flow divider that doesn’t fit the cooler hose routing. This manual keeps it straight.

Engine Room Breakdown – Kubota V2203 and Support Systems

Covers the complete engine module (4812110882 – Kubota V2203 diesel, 34u202fkW), exhaust, fan, air filter, and water cooler. The water cooler changed at serial 0A015176; after that it’s a different unit. Fuel system splits at 0A013025 – earlier and later fuel systems use different hoses and tank parts. Cooler hoses, air hoses, fuel hoses all get their own sections. The engine hood assembly (4812118164) and casing (4812115561) are listed separately. If you need a starter or alternator, you’ll find them in the engine module breakdown.

Electrical Equipment: Working Lights, Beacon, and Wiring

Includes fuse and key identification, battery module, battery disconnector, and the complete cable harness. Working lights come in front, rear, and optional rear versions – each with its own part number and exploded view. Rotating beacon for ROPS changed at serial 0A012917 and 0A012918; there’s a separate ignition-controlled version. If your machine has the beacon option, you need to verify which serial range you’re in to order the right bracket.

Source Validity – OEM Factory Parts Catalog, No Aftermarket Compromise

This is a direct PDF from Dynapac – original factory spare parts list, publication number 4812159868_B, dated June 2015. Not a reprint, not a scan of a scan. The Automotive Industry Overview can tell you about manufacturing standards, but when you’re holding the wrong scraper kit in your hand, only the factory part number matters. I’ve used third-party parts catalogs that combine multiple years into one drawing – they’re wrong. This manual lists every component grouped by serial number break. Page counts are real: 309 pages. If you need parts for an earlier CC1300, check the Dynapac CC1300 2011 Parts Catalog – OEM Factory Spec | AutoRepairManuals or the Dynapac CC1300 2011 Parts Catalog – 220 Pages OEM Parts Data. For the PL2000LS, see Dynapac PL2000LS Parts Catalog (258 Pages) – OEM Factory Spec.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this manual the same as the one from Dynapac?
Yes. It’s the original factory PDF, same part numbers, same drawings. Exactly what a dealer uses.
What service interval kits are listed?
Eight standard kits – 50h, 50h Plus, 250/750h, 250/750h Plus, 500h, 500h Plus, 1000h, 1000h Plus – plus a start-up kit. Each has its own exploded view and part number list.
Can I use this to rebuild the vibration motor?
You can order the vibration motor assembly (4700391271 for machines up to 0A015090) and the eccentric shaft kit (4700938909). But this is a parts catalog, not a service manual. It won’t tell you how to tear it down. You need the separate service manual for rebuild procedures. What it will give you is the correct part numbers for seals, bearings, and the complete motor, so you don’t order the wrong internal parts.
Does it include wiring diagrams?
No. This is a parts catalog – it shows the cable harness as an assembly and lists connectors and sensors, but not circuit layouts.

Stop ordering parts by guesswork. Get the factory diagram, match the serial number, and order with certainty. Access the Factory Manual now.
