Sakai GW750-2 Operators Manual – What You Need on the Job

Pages 35–38 cover the sprinkler/changeover valve and the optional liquid sprayer. The manual explains how to switch between water and asphalt release agent, and the proper cleaning procedure after each use to prevent nozzle clogging. If you’re using the roller on asphalt jobs and you don’t flush the system, the tips will plug and you’ll lose traction. The factory procedure is on page 36 – open the drain valve, run clean water for two minutes, close the valve. That’s it. No guesswork.

Aftermarket operators manuals are a gamble. They might reprint the same generic instructions for ten different models, missing the specific adjustment for the GW750-2’s unloader valve.
