Brake Reservoir Pressure: Why 85 psi Matters

Page 05 tells you warm up engine for 5-10 minutes, watch brake air reservoir pressure. Operation pressure must be 85 psi (6 kg/cm²). If it’s not, shut down and determine cause. I’ve seen guys try to roll a cold roller and pop a brake line because the pressure wasn’t there. The anti-coast rule (page 14) applies to all Manual Transmission rollers – never free-wheel.
