Does this manual cover the hydraulic system on these trucks?

No. These are electric lift trucks with no hydraulic system. The manual covers the electric drive, controller, and diagnostic software only.

What if I need torque values for motor mount bolts or wheel lug nuts?

The manual does not list specific torque values for mechanical fasteners outside the controller and motor assembly. It focuses on electrical components and system adjustments. For chassis torque specs, you’ll need the separate Doosan chassis service manual. But the controller specifications on page 6 give you the exact electrical parameters – that’s where most mistakes happen. Aftermarket manuals often invent torque values, leading to stripped threads or loose connections. Stick with OEM for the electrical side, and get the OEM chassis manual for the rest. I’ve seen too many trucks come in with controller screws torqued to chassis specs and cracked the board. Follow the manual.
