When towing these compressors, section 3.1.2 gives the maximum speed and the hitch requirements. If you’re using a vehicle with a Manual Transmission”>Manual Transmission, the manual recommends leaving it in a low gear for descending grades. The same section covers brake adjustment for trailers with and without ABS. That’s the kind of detail you don’t get from a generic tow guide.
