Description

ASV SR-80 2007 Parts Catalog

You know the drill. Machine down, customer breathing down your neck, and the part you ordered from the aftermarket listing doesn’t match the bracket on the frame. That’s why I keep a ASV SR-80 2007 Parts Catalog on the bench – not a scan of a scan, not a third-party rehash. 34 pages of factory-issued part numbers, exploded views keyed to serial number breaks, and the kind of detail that keeps you from ordering a cab door gasket that fits SEA but not SEB machines. This is the same book ASV dealers used in 2007. You want the right piece of steel the first time? Start here.

Part Numbers You Can Trust

Every page in this catalog gives you the ASV factory part number, the manufacturer’s description, and – where it matters – the serial number range. Look at the Cab Interior Assembly section. Page 2A covers SEA machines (MP-2) and page 2A-A covers SEB machines (MP-1). Same cab, different interiors, different part numbers. If you skim the aftermarket listing and order the wrong one, you lose an hour and fifty bucks in return shipping. This book stops that.

26 Assemblies, One Catalog

Twenty-six separate assembly sections, each with its own lettered page range. Chassis? Section 5. Hydraulic control valve? Section 9. Undercarriage left and right? Sections 17 and 18. The catalog also includes General Service Items & Lubricants – your oil filter, air filter, belt sizes, coolant – all with ASV part numbers. No more cross-referencing from a generic filter chart and hoping it threads on. You get the exact OEM filter number for the SR-80’s engine.

Serial Number Breaks: Why They Matter

ASV changed the SR-80 during production. The Enclosed Cab (R.O.P.S.) assembly has three different page sets: one for SEA serial 00101-00837, another for SEA 00838-Current, and a third for SEB 00101-Current. If you order the cab roof seal without checking your machine’s serial, you’re installing a part that was never intended to sit on that frame. The catalog gives you the break points right in the header. Takes two seconds to read, saves you a full day of rework.

General Service Items & Lubricants

Page 3 of the catalog opens with a table for routine maintenance parts. Engine oil filter, primary and secondary air filters, diesel fuel filter, fan belt, A/C belt, antifreeze, engine oil – all listed with ASV part numbers. My shop uses this page to stock shelves. If you’re a home-garage guy doing your own oil change, you don’t guess which filter fits. You look up the number, order it, done.

Where Does This Manual Fit?

This is a Parts Catalog, not a service manual. It tells you what part to order – not how to install it. If you need a repair procedure, you want the Automotive Industry Overview”>Automotive Industry Overview background, but for ordering steel, seals, hoses, and filters, this is the only source I trust. Combine it with a service manual for a complete shop solution.

Does this catalog include torque specs or service procedures?
No. This is a parts catalog – exploded views, part numbers, quantities, and serial number ranges. For torque values or repair steps, you need the service manual.
Can I use this for an ASV SR-70 or SC-50?
No. The SR-80 shares some components with older machines, but the part numbers are unique. Use the correct catalog. Check our related listings: ASV ST-50 2008 Parts Catalog”>ASV ST-50 2008 Parts Catalog, ASV SR-70 2007 Parts Catalog”>ASV SR-70 2007 Parts Catalog, or ASV SC-50 2008 Parts Catalog”>ASV SC-50 2008 Parts Catalog for other models.
What years and serial numbers does this cover?
2007 publication. Serial numbers from SEA/SEB 00101 to “Current” (meaning production at time of printing). The catalog clearly marks each section with the applicable serial range.
Is this a PDF reprint of a copy?
This is a direct factory digital file, not a scanned reprint. The pages are clean, the diagrams are legible, and the part numbers are searchable.

Access the Factory Manual and put it on your tablet or print it out. Either way, you stop wasting time guessing part numbers and start fixing equipment.
