New Holland E27BSR 2008 Parts Catalog

New Holland E27BSR 2008 Parts Catalog — if you’re wrenching on a Tier 4 compact crawler excavator and you don’t have the factory parts list, you’re guessing. And guessing costs you time and money. I’ve seen three different aftermarket part catalogs for the E27BSR that list the wrong filter, wrong nut, or wrong hydraulic line. This 516-page OEM catalog from New Holland was printed in November 2008, straight from CNH America LLC in Carol Stream, IL. It’s the same book your dealer uses.

New Holland E27BSR 2008 Parts Catalog cover - factory OEM parts manual for compact crawler excavator

Engine Assembly and Install: Two Separate Sections

Section 01-004 00 covers the ENGINE ASSY (PM02P00016F1) — every bolt, gasket, and bracket. Then section 01-005 00 walks through the ENGINE INSTALL (PM06P00017F1, PM02P00012F1). Need the exact part number for the radiator? That’s in 01-007 00 RADIATOR ASSY (PM05P00016F1, PM05P00112F1). The Engine section is 14 pages thick with exploded diagrams and callouts. You can’t get that from a generic website.

Hydraulic Lines: Nibbler & Breaker Versions

This machine comes in nibbler and breaker configurations. The parts list separates them. Section 01-024 00 covers HYD LINES, SWING (NIBBLER/BREAKER) with part number PM33H0019F1. Then 01-025 00 covers HYD LINES, RETURN 1 OF 2 (PM3C0002F1). If you order the wrong hose assembly because you relied on a third-party listing, you’ll wait a week for the correct one. This catalog eliminates that headache.

Fuel System and Cooling: Tank and Radiator Breakdown

Fuel lines are section 01-011 00 (PM21P00008F1). Fuel tank assemblies come in two variations: canopy (PM20P00009F1, PM28P00018F1) and cab (PM30P00009F1, PM20R00019F1). The hydraulic tank assembly for nibbler/breaker is 01-014 00 (PM33H00003F1, PM33H00026F1). Know your machine’s ASN — the catalog applies to ASN PV13-33292~, which is printed right on page 1. Don’t skip checking the serial number.

Filter List and Paint Color Codes: Small Details That Matter

Section 00-001 00 is the FILTER LIST. Page numbers? I’ll give you one: the filter list starts right after the table of contents. And section 00-004 00 gives you the PAINT COLOR. You ever try to match New Holland yellow from a rattle can? The color code is in this book. Don’t spray your excavator with the wrong shade — your customer will notice.

Source Authenticity: Why a Factory Parts Catalog Beats Aftermarket

This isn’t a reprint from a third-party that scanned a worn-out copy and lost half the part numbers. It’s the original OEM PDF from CNH America LLC, issued 01Nov08, part number S3PV0003SZE01 NA. The book includes the manufacturer’s revision history and copyright. Every part number — from the NUT (00-003 00) to the CAB INSTAL (01-042 00) — is verified against New Holland’s own database. Aftermarket catalogs for the E27BSR often skip the SLIDE (00-002 00) and the CONTROL LINES, V/E/X/PROP ONAL (01-039 00). This catalog doesn’t.

FAQ

Can I use this catalog to rebuild the engine?
No. This is a parts catalog, not a service manual.
How do I find a specific part number for the hydraulic control lines?
Look in sections 01-033 through 01-039. The catalog breaks down control lines by frame, remote, and swing. For the nibbler/breaker setup, use 01-033 CONTROL LINES, FRAME (NIBBLER & BREAKER) 1 OF 2 and 01-034 CONTROL LINES, REMOTE 2 OF 2. Every hose assembly has a distinct part number. If you don’t see it, check the machine’s ASN — only machines from ASN PV13-33292~ are covered. The TOC on page 5 shows all 44 sections in section 01. Start with the FILTER LIST on section 00-001 to get the oil and fuel filter numbers before ordering anything.

You want the right part the first time? Access the Factory Manual from AutoRepairManuals. It’s the same PDF that’s been sitting in New Holland dealers’ binders since 2008. No guesswork, no aftermarket bull.
