Description
Genie 3P/700-REM, 4400 2012 Parts Catalog
You ever order a part for a Genie 3P/700-REM or 4400 work platform and end up with something that doesn’t fit? That’s because you didn’t have the factory parts catalog. I’ve been wrenching 28 years and I’ve seen guys waste whole afternoons because they guessed a part number. This is the exact Genie publication – Part No. 645031, Rev D, March 2012 – used by dealers to order components. 52 pages of exploded views and part numbers. No reprints, no third-party compression artifacts. This is the same PDF a Genie tech pulls up on a tablet on the job site.

What the Genie 3P/700-REM, 4400 2012 Parts Catalog Actually Covers
The table of contents breaks this into major sections: Decals starting on page 10, Structure And Frame with multiple rail and basement views, and the ordering forms. Each section has a figure number (e.g., 201.1 for Rail View 1) that corresponds to a detailed exploded diagram. You don’t get repair steps – you get part callouts. If you need a new handrail section for a 3P/700-REM, you go to figure 201.1 and read the part number. Then you order it.
Identify Your Machine by Serial Number
Before you order anything, you need to read the serial number plate. Page 3 shows exactly where it’s located – on the rear side of the work platform. The plate lists type, serial number, year of manufacture, payload (in daN), and mass (kg). Your machine’s serial number range is from SN 60980. Without matching that number, you could order parts for the wrong revision. I’ve seen rails that bolt up differently between early and late production runs. Don’t skip this step.
Parts Stocking List and Ordering Procedure
Page 7 lists the Parts Stocking List – common items you should keep on hand. Page 8 gives the ordering instructions: you need the part number, quantity, model, serial number, and shipping info. Page 9 is a fax order form you can copy and fill out. Genie also offers an online parts lookup, but I prefer having the catalog on my bench. No loading screens, no database errors. You flip to the figure, write the number down, call your dealer.
Structure And Frame Diagrams – 6 Detailed Views
The Structure And Frame section covers six views: Rail View 1, 2, 3, Basement View 1 and 2, and Basement Support for EX/Australia and SR versions. Each view is a clean exploded isometric diagram with numbered balloons. The corresponding parts list below gives the description, part number, and quantity. If you’re rebuilding a 4400 basement, you need figure 204.1 and 205.1. Don’t mix up the SR version support with the EX version – they are different assemblies. The catalog shows both.
Decals Section 100 – Why You Need the Right Sticker
Section 100 Decals on page 10 lists every warning label, capacity plate, and brand decal on the machine. Missing or illegible decals are a safety issue. Genie provides the exact part number for each decal. Replace them according to the figure. Don’t think you can eyeball the placement – the diagram shows location and orientation. A misplaced decal is worse than none.
Source Authenticity: Genie Factory vs Aftermarket Copies
This is a direct Genie publication – not a scan of a scan. The file name is Genie_3P-700-REM-4400_2012_Parts_Catalog_en-29214003479.pdf. It’s the same document Genie ships to dealers. Aftermarket parts catalogs often compress images or omit pages. This one has all 52 pages, including the fax order form and the ‘How to Read Your Serial Number’ instructions. If you care about getting the right part the first time, you use OEM documentation. If you’re a DIYer working on your own aerial lift, this catalog pays for itself the first time you avoid ordering a wrong rail section.
For other Genie lifts, see Genie S-60, S-65 2012 Parts Catalog – Factory OEM Manual and Genie S-80, S-85 2012 Parts Catalog – OEM Factory Parts Manual for the larger boom models. Also check Genie S-80, S-85 2012 Parts Catalog – OEM Factory Specs if you need torque specs.

FAQ
- What does the serial number tell me?
- Model, year, payload, weight. Page 3 shows how.
- Can I use this to repair the machine?
- This is a parts catalog, not a service manual. It won’t tell you how to replace a hydraulic cylinder or what torque to use on the mounting bolts. It gives you exploded diagrams with Genie part numbers so you order the correct replacement. For repair procedures, you need the separate service and maintenance manual. But without this catalog, you’ll be cross-referencing generic parts that may not fit. Every time I’ve seen a field-modified part fail, it traced back to someone using a non-OEM substitute. This catalog prevents that.
- Is this the latest version?
- March 2012, Rev D. Genie updates these frequently. Check Genie’s website for the most current electronic version.
- How many pages?
- 52 pages, including fax order form.
