Electrical System Diagrams: Don’t Guess the Wiring

The manual shows the battery connections, the alternator circuit, and the harness routing. I’ve seen too many guys cut into a harness because they thought they knew which wire was which. The diagram on page E2 saves you time and prevents electrical fires. Use it.
