Description

Geely CK Parts Catalog

I’ve been wrenching for 28 years, and nothing pisses me off more than ordering a part, waiting three days, and finding out it’s the wrong damn piece because someone copied down a part number wrong or the catalog you used was for a different engine. That’s why this Geely CK Parts Catalog matters. It’s the same document the dealer parts counter uses – 178 pages of exploded diagrams, OEM part numbers, and quantities that are verified for the CK chassis. No aftermarket junk, no reprints of reprints. This is the raw factory file.

Geely CK Parts Catalog – 178-page OEM parts manual showing exploded view of fuel system components

Engine Group (10–29): Cylinder Block to ECU

You’re tearing down a 1.3L or 1.5L engine? This catalog breaks the engine into sub-systems: cylinder block (10-111), oil pump (10-113), timing belt cover (10-114), cylinder head (10-121), crankshaft and piston (10-131), camshaft and valve (10-140). Each section lists the part number, description, quantity, and which engine variant it fits. Need the oil pan gasket for the 1.6L? It’s in 10-115. Want the alternator bracket bolt? 29-275. The ECU itself is 29-290. The pages are numbered by system, not just a random list – you walk through the engine like you’re building it from scratch. This is how you order the correct piston ring set without pulling your hair out.

Transmission and Clutch: Manual Gearbox Specifics

The CK came with different manual transmissions – the S110 and S160/S160A. This catalog covers both. Look at section 33-332A for the S110 powertrain, 33-332B for the S160. Clutch system is in 31-310A and 31-310B. Drive shaft is 33-395. If you’re swapping a clutch, you get the master cylinder part (31-318), the clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing – all with the correct OEM number for your specific transmission. I’ve seen diyers order the wrong throwout bearing because they guessed. Don’t. Use this.

Fuel System Sections: What You Get

Fuel system runs from tank (21-211) to injectors (21-251). The catalog shows every hose, clamp, and vent line. Look at page 2 of the fuel filler pipe section: the fuel pump assembly part number 1601285180, the O-ring 1601286180, even the fuel filler neck gasket 1601231180. The fuel vapor hose section (21-215) lists the canister, control valve, and all the vacuum hoses. Need the hose from the tank to the filler neck? Part 1601219180. It’s all there. Not a generic diagram – the actual numbers you hand to the parts guy.

Chassis and Suspension: Axles, Struts, and More

Front wheel hub (40-417), rear wheel hub (40-427), wheel and tire (40-429). Suspension: front strut and spring (44-446), stabilizer (44-448), rear shock and spring (44-453). Each component gets its own exploded view with bolt sizes and quantities. Why does that matter? Because the front lower arm (44-445) bushing is sold separately from the arm – you need to know the bushing part number to avoid buying the whole arm. This catalog separates them.

Parts Numbers: Why OEM Documentation Matters

I’ve worked with aftermarket parts catalogs that list one part number for “fuel pump” and it fits every Asian car ever made. That’s lazy. This OEM document from Geely gives you the exact number – including country-specific variants. The fuel tank, for example, has two part numbers: 1601234180 for overseas, 1601234180-01 for domestic. If you order the wrong one, the EVAP port might not line up. The manual also tells you the REMARK column: “ALL” means it fits every CK variant. “1.3L” or “1.5L&1.6L” means engine-specific. That level of detail stops you from buying the wrong muffler (18-186) or intake manifold gasket.

FAQ

Is this a repair manual or a parts catalog?
Parts catalog. No torque specs, no step-by-step repair. It’s for ordering the correct hardware.
Does it include torque specs for assembly?
No. This catalog contains only part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and fitment notes. For torque values, get a service manual like the Geely CK 2007 Workshop Manual – 392-Page OEM Factory Service Manual. But if you’re ordering a head bolt, you need the part number here first.
Can I use this catalog for a 2008 Geely CK with the 1.6L engine?
Yes, the catalog covers all CK models. Look at the REMARK column – where it says “1.5L&1.6L” applies to your 1.6L. For the fuel pump, the part number for overseas CKs is 1601234180. Cross-check with your VIN if you’re unsure.
How many pages does this catalog have?
178 pages, covering engine, transmission, chassis, fuel, cooling, intake/exhaust, and electrical systems.

If you’re tired of cross-referencing part numbers from three different websites and still getting the wrong gasket, this is the file you need. Every number in this catalog came from the factory. I’ve used these files in my shop for years – they save me a phone call to the dealer every time. Geely CK 2008 Parts Catalog covers the same range. For the MR479Q engine specifically, grab the Geely MR479Q Petrol Engine Parts Catalog. And if you want a broader understanding of how automotive parts catalogs are structured, check the Automotive Industry Overview. Need the battery specs? The battery part number is in section 29-271 – and for background on battery types, see Automotive Battery. Access the Factory Manual and keep it on your tablet next to the lift. You’ll thank me when the right part shows up.
