Service Specifications and Torque Data

Section 03 is where the numbers live. Every system – from seat belts to steering – has its own table of required torque values and service data. Need the tightness for the wheel bearing nut? Look under “Wheel & Tire – Required Torque.” Transmission output shaft nut? “Transmission – Required Torque.” There’s also service data for clearances, capacities, pressures.
