You’re rebuilding an undercarriage on a CX330 and you need the special torque settings for the track pads and sprocket. Grab a generic PDF from some forum and you’ll be guessing – and that’s how bolts back off or threads strip. I’ve been chasing stripped bolt holes for twenty-eight years because someone thought “close enough” was good enough. Page 5 lists eight critical torque values that are not in the standard table. Travel motor and reduction gear assembly: M24 bolt, 36 mm wrench, 664–775 lb-ft. Sprocket: M20, 30 mm, 384–448 lb-ft. Track pad: M24, 36 mm, 912–1114 lb-ft. Counterweight: M33, 50 mm, 1243–1446 lb-ft. Turntable bolts (frame and upperstructure) both get 664–774 lb-ft. The manual marks components that require Loctite 262 with an asterisk. This is not a suggestion – it’s a spec.
