Case CX210 Parts Catalog – 969 Pages of Factory Specs

Case CX210 parts catalog cover showing crawler excavator

I’ve been turning wrenches since before some of you were born, and I’ll tell you straight: if you’re ordering parts for a Case CX210 without the factory Parts Catalog, you’re burning time and money. This isn’t a repair manual – it’s the part-number bible. 969 pages, straight from the OEM, covering every bolt, seal, and hydraulic line on the CX210 LC, CX210 LR, CX210 NLC, and CX230 variants. When a customer brings in an excavator with a blown travel motor and you need the exact seal kit, you flip to page 06-003-00 for the travel motor and reduction gear assembly. No guesswork. No aftermarket parts that don’t fit.

Engine Mounting and Cowling: Where the Catalog Starts

The first major section after the component index is the ENGINE MOUNTING – ENGINE on page 02-003-00. That’s where you’ll find the part numbers for isolators, brackets, and hardware. Right after that, the COWLING section splits by machine variant – LC / LR on pages 09-007-00 through 09-019-00, and NLC / CX230 on pages 09-007B-00 through 09-019B-00. I’ve wasted an hour chasing a cowling latch that turned out to be a different part number for the NLC. This catalog ends that nonsense.

Undercarriage Components: Steel Track, Rollers, and Sprockets

If you’ve ever pressed out a roller pin without checking the OEM part number, you know the pain. The catalog gives you STEEL TRACK for each variant – CX210 LC on page 05-009-00, CX210 NLC/CX230 on 05-011-00, and CX210 LR on 05-011B-00. Lower rollers (page 05-019-00), upper rollers (05-017-00), tension damper (05-015-00), guide pulley (05-013-00) – all there. And the sprocket? Page 06-003-00, same as the travel motor assembly. No separate search.

Hydraulics: Pumps, Valves, and Reservoir

The hydraulic system is where most guys screw up. They order a generic seal kit for the control valve and end up with a leak. The catalog lists HYDRAULIC PUMP – COUPLING on pages 08-005-00 and 08-005B-00, CONTROL VALVE on 08-077-00 / 08-077D-00 (LC/NLC) or 08-077B-00/08-077D-00 (LR), and VALVE SOLENOIDE on 08-045-00 (LC/LR) or 08-049B-00 (NLC/CX230). Need the hydraulic reservoir? Page 08-003-00 or 08-003B-00 depending on variant. That’s the kind of detail that keeps you from ordering wrong.

3 Variant-Specific Coverage You Can’t Get From Aftermarket

Most aftermarket parts catalogs treat all CX210 models the same. This OEM catalog separates every assembly by chassis suffix: LC, LR, NLC, and CX230. For example, the COUNTERWEIGHT has three separate part numbers – page 09-009-00 for LC, 09-009B-00 for NLC/CX230, 09-009D-00 for LR. The BUCKET section (pages 09-087-00 through 09-099-00) lists different teeth and cutting edges for each variant. If you’re working on a CX210 LC, you don’t need to decode a generic drawing – you see exactly your machine.

Why I Won’t Touch an Excavator Without This Catalog

Aftermarket documentation is garbage for part numbers. They re-use old illustrations and leave out supersessions. This catalog comes from the original manufacturer – Case. Every part number is tied to the serial number range and machine variant. When you’re ordering from the dealer, you hand them the page number and reference number. No back-and-forth. No “that number is obsolete, here’s the new one” because the catalog already shows the current part. That’s why AutoRepairManuals carries the genuine OEM files.

FAQ – Common Questions About the Case CX210 Parts Catalog

Does this catalog include torque specs or repair procedures?
No. This is a parts catalog, not a service manual. You get part numbers, exploded views, and quantities. For repair steps, you need the factory service manual – we carry those too.
Will this work for a CX230 model?
Yes. The catalog covers CX210 LC, CX210 LR, CX210 NLC, and CX230 variants. Each section notes which pages apply to which model.
Can I print these pages and take them to the shop?
You can print any page you need. It’s a digital PDF. I keep a tablet in the bay and zoom in on the drawings – faster than flipping paper.
What if I need a part that’s not listed in the engine section?
The catalog has a component index starting on page 01-003-00 that references every major assembly. If it’s not in the engine section, it’s in hydraulics, undercarriage, or cab. For example, the batteries are on page 04-021-00. The exhaust on 02-007-00. Cab details on 09-057-00 to 09-065-00. If you can’t find it, you’re not reading the index.

Look, I don’t have time for parts that don’t fit. This catalog has saved me more comebacks than any scan tool ever did. The factory drawings show you exactly what you’re ordering, and the variant-specific pages keep you from guessing. If you’re tearing down a CX210, do yourself a favor and Access the Factory Manual before you touch a wrench. You can get it here – the same file I use in my own shop.
