Get the Right Torque Data for the Engine

Engine section (Tab 2) includes the Stall Test (2002) and Engine and Radiator Removal and Installation (2000). The stall test is critical for diagnosing transmission and engine power issues. For actual engine rebuild, they point you to Cummins, but the removal/reassembly torque values are all here. I don’t care if you’ve done a hundred Cummins swaps—you still check the spec in this manual. Every nut and bolt on that engine mount has a number in Section 1001.

The hydraulic schematic and electrical schematic foldouts are in the rear pocket—not scanned from some poor copy. Aftermarket manuals often renumber sections or omit the Loctite chart.
