Yes. The 33 chassis wiring is the same across the 1.3, 1.5, and 1.7 gasoline engines. Only differences are in optional equipment (air conditioning, power steering sensor harnesses). Those are not in this diagram.

The index text is Hungarian (the original scan). But the diagrams themselves use international electrical symbols and Italian wire color abbreviations. A color code key is included on page 1. You do not need to read Hungarian to use this.
