Does it cover the 1.3L or 1.5L engines?

No. This specific technical study – Étude Technique et Pratique – is for the Yaris 1.0L gasoline engine only. The table of contents lists MOTEUR starting page 8, and the foreword on page 3 states “La présente Étude Technique et Pratique traite de la TOYOTA Yaris à moteur 1.0.” If you need the 1.3L or 1.5L, you need a different publication.
