This manual references those when you need to remove the engine or do clutch work that involves the engine, but the actual engine torque specs are not included here. You need the engine manual for head bolts, main bearing cap bolts, and valve clearance specs. Get the Right Torque Data Before You Wrench

I’ve been at this 28 years. The biggest mistake I see is techs trusting memory or internet forums for torque values. A forum post might be from a guy who thinks “tight” means 150 ft-lbs on an M8 bolt. Then you strip it. Then you spend an hour extracting it. Or worse, the part fails at 70 mph.
