Chapter 9 is the counterweight section. This is where a lot of field techs mess up. The manual lists every counterweight combination with exact weights in both metric and imperial: 5 t (11,023 lbs), 8 t (17,637 lbs), 11.4 t (25,133 lbs), 18 t (39,683 lbs), and special versions. It gives the lifting table for assembly and disassembly of counterweight elements (page 7). If you don’t follow the correct sequence or use the wrong ballast, you could exceed axle load limits.
