If you are rebuilding a brake system, you need those pages to cross-reference the diaphragms, springs, and push rods. The catalog also includes brake air lines (pages 99, 101) and the air reservoir. Do not use aftermarket catalogs – I have seen too many mismatched port fittings. Stick with the factory numbers.

Cylinder Assemblies and Hydraulic Systems

The Cylinder entries cover boom (page 136), bucket (page 137), and steering cylinder (page 102). The hydraulic systems are grouped by function: bucket and boom hydraulic system (pages 123, 125, 127), bucket leveling system (pages 130-134), and steering system (pages 109, 111, 112, 115, 117). No. It is for Series II only. The serial number range is listed on page 1 – check your machine serial before buying.

Yes. The manual covers both Cummins and G.M. engine installations. The engine and accessories section starts on page 1. The part numbers for engine mounting, exhaust, and fuel lines are included.

Are hydraulic cylinder seal kits listed by part number?

Each cylinder assembly page (boom, bucket, steering) shows the component breakdown. The seals are part of the cylinder assembly; you will see the individual seal kit part number in the explosion. For example, the bucket cylinder on page 137 lists the rod seal and piston seal part numbers separately.

What about the brake parts – are the air chambers included?
