Kubota B6100HST-D Parts Catalog

Kubota B6100HST-D Parts Catalog 138-page OEM factory parts book cover

I’ve been wrenching for 28 years, and the first thing I tell any green tech is this: don’t trust aftermarket parts catalogs. They flip part numbers, skip supersessions, and leave out exploded views you need when a Kubota B6100HST-D Parts Catalog breaks down in the field. This is the real deal – OEM from Kubota, 138 pages of factory diagrams and part numbers. No guesswork. No calling the dealer for a bolt that the aftermarket list says doesn’t exist. If you’re rebuilding a cylinder head or hunting a camshaft, you start here.

Cylinder Head and Camshaft Sections

This catalog breaks the engine into individual assemblies. The CYLINDER HEAD section (reference 01T002) shows every valve, rocker arm, and head cover part with factory item numbers. Need the camshaft? It’s under CAMSHAFT (01T009), and the PISTON CRANKSHAFT section (01T010) gives you the crankshaft, bearings, and connecting rods. Each drawing is keyed to a parts list with Kubota’s own part numbers. No third-party renumbering. I’ve used this to order timing gears for a B6100HST-D and the parts guy didn’t even blink – correct fit.

What Does the Transmission Section Include?

The TRANSMISSION section covers the TRANSMISSION CASE (01T024), CASE COVER (01T025), and gear shafts: 1st SHAFT 4th SHAFT (01T029), 2nd SHAFT FRONT WHEEL SHAFT (01T030), and 3rd 5th PTO SHAFT (01T031). For the hydrostatic version, there’s a dedicated HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION (01T037) page. You get the exploded view of the differential, axles, and the AUX. SPEED CHANGE (01T033) lever assembly. Every bearing, seal, and snap ring has a number. That’s worth the file size alone.

138 Pages of Parts Breakdown

Page count isn’t everything, but 138 pages of Kubota’s own documentation beats a 20-page aftermarket pamphlet. The catalog covers the fuel system (injection pump, nozzle holder), cooling (radiator), electrical (starter, dynamo, battery), and hydraulic system (control valve, hydraulics 1 & 2, steering). Each section has a clear reference number. You flip to “HYDRAULIC PIPE” (01T036) and see exactly which fittings go where. I’ve seen guys guess on hydraulic hoses and blow a seal in ten minutes. This eliminates that.

Check the Valve and Crankshaft Details

When you’re ordering parts for the top end, look at the VALVE ROCKER ARM (01T007) and HEAD COVER (01T008) pages. The PISTON CRANKSHAFT section lists the crankshaft assembly and piston rings. Don’t trust generic cross-reference charts – Kubota changed part numbers between early and late B6100HST-D builds. This catalog uses the same numbers the dealer’s system has. That saves a return trip. For the front axle, the DP (drive power?) sections include FRONT AXLE CASE [DP] (01T061) and FRONT DIFFERENTIAL [DP] (01T064) – all needed if you’re piecing together a 4WD conversion.

Hydrostatic Transmission: Exploded View and Part Numbers

The HST-D stands for hydrostatic drive. The catalog has a dedicated HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION section (01T037) with the pump, motor, and control linkage. Next to it is the CONTROL VALVE (01T038) and HYDRAULICS 1 & 2 (01T039-040). If you’re troubleshooting a slow creep or a failed seal, the exploded view shows the exact order of washers, O-rings, and plates. I’ve rebuilt a hydrostat using this catalog and a Automotive Industry Overview from my own notes – the part numbers matched the service manual perfectly. No aftermarket substitute.

You also get the STEERING (01T041), BRAKE ROD (01T042), and RELEASE ROD (01T043) sections. The Automotive Industry Overview might tell you the theory, but this catalog gives you the steel. For related models, check out Kubota B5100 B6100 B7100 Series 1986 Service Manual and Kubota V3300-T-E2B-EPS-1 Parts Catalog – 53-Page OEM Parts Breakdown. If you need more coverage for a different chassis, Kubota YU4210, YW0981 Parts Catalog – 274-Page OEM Parts Breakdown is also available.

Does this catalog include engine overhaul specs like torque values?
No. This is a parts catalog only. It lists part numbers and exploded views. You need a service manual for torque specs and procedures.
Are the part numbers listed still current for a 2025 purchase?
Kubota supersedes parts over time. The numbers in this catalog are original factory numbers. Your dealer can check for supersessions, but having the original number is the critical step. Without it, you’re guessing. I’ve used these numbers at three different dealers and only two needed updates.
Can I use this catalog for a Kubota B5100 or B7100?
The B6100HST-D shares many parts with the B5100 and B7100, especially in the engine block, cylinder head, and transmission. However, the hydrostatic drive section is specific to the HST-D model. The front axle DP sections vary. If you’re rebuilding a B5100, you’ll find common components like the camshaft and crankshaft, but check the part numbers against your serial number. The catalog also lists American-spec wheel hub (WHEEL HUB [AMERICA]) which matches the B6100HST-D sold in North America. For a B7100, the fuel injection pump and nozzle holder numbers may differ. I recommend getting the specific catalog for your model. This one is laser-focused on the B6100HST-D.
Does it include the front axle and steering sections?
Yes. Front axle case, front wheel gear case, knuckle arm, front differential, front axle joint, and drive shaft are all listed under the [DP] suffix. Steering section (01T041) covers the column and linkage.

You’re not going to find a cleaner set of OEM drawings anywhere else. Access the Factory Manual and keep it on your shop tablet – every page is a direct scan of Kubota’s own parts book. No redrawn diagrams, no missing numbers. That’s what keeps a job moving.
