Don’t skip the step that says “disconnect the batteries and wait 10 minutes” – that’s there for a reason.

Air Brake Torque Values: Where to Find Them

Brake chamber mounting bolts, slack adjuster hardware, even the ABS sensor clearance – this manual lists every torque in ft-lb. For the FL80 with air disc brakes, you’ll find the calliper slide pin torque on the brake system section.
