Fiat-allis Serie 1000 Parts Catalog – OEM Factory Manual (540 Pages)

Fiat-allis Serie 1000 Parts Catalog cover - 540-page OEM factory manual

If you are wrenching on a Fiat-allis Serie 1000 tractor and you don’t have the factory parts catalog on your bench, you are working blind. I have seen guys order the wrong injection pump because they guessed the part number from a blurry aftermarket diagram. That mistake costs you a week of downtime and a grand in return shipping. This catalog stops that. Fiat-allis Serie 1000 Parts Catalog is 540 pages of OEM exploded views and part numbers. No reprints, no scanned junk. This is the original factory document used by dealers.

Look at the table of contents starting on page 3. It lists every section from A – MOTEUR through C – FREINAGE. Engine, transmission, brakes – each assembly broken down into individual components with callouts. Need a piston for the engine? Section A1.05 shows the connecting rods and pistons assembly. Need the fuel injection pump detail? Section A2.27 gives you the breakdown of the pump, including the regulator lever. That level of detail saves you from ordering the wrong sub-assembly.

Engine Section: A – MOTEUR

This section covers the entire engine group: block, cylinder head (A1.01), oil pan (A1.02), crankshaft and flywheel (A1.03), vibration damper (A1.04), connecting rods and pistons (A1.05), valve train (A1.06), rocker arms and supports (A1.07). Also includes the hourmeter drive (A1.08), alternator drive system (A1.15), injection pump drive (A1.16). Fuel system is covered in A2.01 through A2.56 – fuel tank and lines, acceleration control, air filter with precleaner, injection system assembly, supply pump detail, fuel filter CAV 4612230, injector holder, cold start device, intake and exhaust manifold, horizontal and vertical exhaust pipes. Lubrication system (A3.01-A3.02) and cooling system (A4.01-A4.09) – radiator, water pump and piping, fan and drive. Every assembly shows exploded view with part numbers and quantities.

Does This Manual Cover the Fuel System?

Yes, and it does it properly. The catalog dedicates over a dozen plates to the fuel system alone. You get the injection pump detail (A2.27), the automatic advance variator PAV 500-110 AKDI6 (A2.33), the mechanical governor detail RPVA 300-1200F 180 (A2.28). If you need the cold start device, plate A2.43 shows the glow plug and related parts. No aftermarket catalog gives you that level of reference. If you try to rebuild a Fiat-allis injection pump without this catalog, you are going to misorder the plunger or the delivery valve. Period.

3 Reasons to Choose OEM Documentation

First, the part numbers in this catalog match the factory casting numbers on the parts. Aftermarket parts catalogs often use their own reference numbers that don’t cross-reference back. Second, the exploded views show the correct orientation of seals, bearings, and snap rings. Third, this catalog includes the basket part numbers – gaskets, O-rings, and seals – that are specific to each revision of the Serie 1000. If you have a later production model, the parts might have superseded numbers. This manual will tell you.

Transmission and Brake Systems: Factory Diagrams

Section B – TRANSMISSIONS starts on plate B1.01 with clutch control, then clutch details (B1.05), automatic reducer control (B1.25), automatic reducer assembly (B1.26). The transmission casing and covers (B2.01), gear train (B2.04), reduction gears (B2.05), external shift controls (B2.07), internal shift controls (B2.10), transmission input shaft (B3.01), differential half-shafts (B4.01), bevel gear and differential (B4.04), differential lock and control (B4.10), side reduction gear housings (B4.11), side reduction gears (B4.12). Brake section C covers foot brake control (C1.01), rear wheel brakes (C1.32), hand brake control (C1.35/C1.35/1), trailer brake control (C2.09/C2.09/1). You want to replace a brake shoe? Look up the part number on the plate. Order it once.

Source Authenticity: OEM vs Aftermarket

This is a genuine Fiat Trattori SpA factory publication. The cover says FIAT TRATTORI S.p.A. – Viale delle Nazioni, 55 – 41100 MODENA. That is the manufacturer. Aftermarket compilations will tell you “covers Fiat-allis Serie 1000” but they cobble together photocopies from three different revisions. You get wrong part numbers for the clutch disc. I have seen it happen. This PDF is a direct scan of the original Italian/French/English/German catalog. The drawing numbers match the factory microfiche. If you want to trust your rebuild to something, trust the OEM document.

Get the Right Part Numbers

Stop guessing. Every time you order a part without the official number, you roll the dice. This catalog gives you the exact reference for every nut, bolt, gasket, and seal on the Serie 1000. You also get the ordering instructions on page 2: they require tractor type, chassis number, engine type and number, and the part number from the plate. That is the level of accuracy the factory expects. Your parts supplier will thank you for providing the correct number.

How do I use this parts catalog?
Find the section for the assembly you need (e.g., A1.01 for engine block). Look at the exploded diagram, note the part number, and order from your dealer using that number plus your tractor details.
Can I use this catalog for a Fiat-allis 1000 DT Super?
Yes. Page 4 lists the model as Fiat 1000-1000 DT Super. The catalog covers both standard and DT (crawler) versions.
Are the part numbers still current?
Some numbers may have been superseded by the factory. But the catalog gives the original casting and reference numbers, which a dealer can cross to current stock.
Is this the same as the service manual?
No. A service manual gives repair procedures and torque specs. This is a parts catalog – exploded diagrams and part numbers for ordering. You need both for a complete rebuild.

If you are serious about keeping your Serie 1000 running, you need this on your tablet or printed out. Stop wasting money on wrong parts. Access the Factory Manual now.
