If you’re swapping in a 5.9L into a truck that came with a 4.7L, you’ll need the correct pulley configuration (Fig. 7-410) and coolant tank (Fig. 7-305). The manual also includes the oil cooler line routing for both transmission options — a detail that aftermarket diagrams always blur over.

Mopar Accessories: What Original Equipment Looks Like
