Document 5004_6_46700-845 lists the special torques on a dedicated page (page 2). Spool orifice screws: 65 to 85 lb-inch. Plugs and relief valve: 25 to 40 lb-ft. Adapter: 72 to 84 lb-inch. These are not generic values – they are specific to the 845, 865, and 885 models. The manual also shows the exact o-ring locations for the spool (positions 2, 4, 6, 10 in the exploded view). If you reuse an old o-ring or misplace the spring, the valve will leak under pressure. The assembly sequence is numbered so you cannot put the relief valve in backwards.

Electrical Section 10: Schematics and Troubleshooting

Section 10 covers electric schematics (pages 7-14), starter, key switch, alternator, auxiliary starter relay, shut-off relay, and electric shut-off. It includes a numeric index that maps component numbers to actual parts – for example, battery is number 1, starter motor is 4, alternator is 5.
