Does this manual include torque specifications for the cylinder head?

Yes. The engine section on page 8 lists torque values for head bolts, main bearings, and connecting rods. All values are in foot-pounds with the tightening sequence printed next to the spec.

Can I use this manual for a 310B or 310C?

No. This is strictly for the 310 crawler produced through 1995. The 310B and 310C have different transmission ratios and hydraulic pump configurations. Use the OEM manual that matches your serial number range.
