If you’re chasing a no-crank condition on a BW 203-4, you trace from the battery positive through F119, then through the ignition switch, and straight to the starter solenoid. The diagram labels every wire gauge and connector pin (X2:3-2, X2:9-2, etc.). No aftermarket manual tells you that F93 is a separate fuse for the socket circuit. This one does.

Brake, Seat Contact, Emergency Off – Sheet 004

Safety systems on these rollers are tied directly into the Brake circuit. Sheet 004 diagrams the brake solenoid, seat contact switch, and emergency off pushbutton. If the operator leaves the seat, the seat contact opens and the brake engages. The wiring diagram shows the exact interlock path: from the battery through the emergency off switch, then through the seat contact, then to the brake release solenoid. Cold starts on the BW 141-4 rely on the glow-plug system. Sheet 003 covers the Engine Vorglühanlage (pre-glow) – the control relay, the glow plugs themselves, and the timer module. The diagram shows the power feed from the ignition switch (terminal 15) to the glow-plug relay K63, then to each glow plug. If one plug draws more than spec, the fuse F105 (on sheet 007) will pop. Does this wiring diagram cover the engine control module or just the chassis harness?

It covers the complete machine harness including engine grid-heater (glow plugs), starter, generator, and engine speed control. The ECM interface is shown on sheet 007 (Drehzahlverstellung Motor). However, it does not include the internal pinouts of the engine ECU itself – for that you’d need the engine manufacturer’s service manual.
